3 Indgredient Easy Peasy Banana Pancakes- Gluten FREE!

3 Ingredient Easy Peasy Banana Pancakes- Gluten FREE! Makes approx. 4-6 "small size" pancakes You will need: 1 medium ripe banana 2 eggs 2 Tbsp Almond Flour/ Meal (which is ground almonds, you can even make your own!) How to: 1. Mash banana in a bowl (use fork or potato masher), ensure leaving some "chunks" of banana, helps make a fluffier pancake! 2. Crack eggs in another bowl & beat 3. Combine eggs with mashed banana. 4. Add 2 Tbsp of Almond Flour 5. Mix with spoon or fork to combine all 3 ingredients 6. Lightly grease your cooking pan with Coconut Oil (or butter) 7. Pre-heat pan to a medium-low setting (at approx. the "5") 8. Spoon onto heated pan 1-2 Tbsp of pancake batter. Let cook approx. 2 minutes before flipping. Let cook for approx. 1 more minute. The smaller the pancakes, the easier they are to "flip over". 9. Serve immediately, while hot! Enjoy! I personally enjoy eating them plain! Tastes like Banana Bread! But here are some "Optional Topping" Suggestions: Butter or Coconut Oil Maple Syrup Yogurt (your choice of flavor!) Berries or other fruits Honey Powdered Sugar Cinnamon Low Sugar Jam or Marmalade Peanut Butter "Warmed up" Nutella Etc.... Notes: Recipe can easily be doubled if cooking for a larger group! You can pre-heat your oven to a low heat setting (200F). Place them on a pan, once cooked, so they stay warm in the oven until ready to serve! Pumpkin Leek Soup

Pumpkin Leek Soup I roughly used one medium to large pumpkin, 1 liter chicken stock liquid, 1 or 2 leeks chopped, 3 garlic gloves, one onion, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon butter salt and pepper, nutmeg a sprinkle. METHOD: chop pumpkin in small pieces, chop garlic, onion, and leek diced, then add olive oil and butter in pot until melted, sauté onion, garlic, and leek then add pumpkin pieces and sauté 10 minutes. Add stock, or enough to cover the pumpkin, add salt & pepper to taste, and sprinkle some nutmeg in. This is amazing Jassy! Way to Go! OK IT HAS BEEN A LONG YEAR, BUT THIS IS MY YEARLY UPDATE ON SKINNY FIBER. AFTER TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER AND AUNT AND LOSI

NG THEM A MONTH APART, I REALIZED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO NOT BE AROUND FOR MY THEN 2 YR. OLD, 11 YR. OLD NEPHEW, AND 17 YR. OLD SON. I WAS AFFECTIONATELY CALLED "FAT JAZZ" IN MY FAMILY. ALTHOUGH I WAS ON THE SWIM TEAM IN HIGH SCHOOL. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A TOP HEAVY WOMAN IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BUT THIS DID NOT MEAN I HAD TO CONTINUE TO LOOK LIKE A FOOT BALL PLAYER!! WOOHOO GO BRONCOS!!! I AM A LADY, AND WANT TO FEEL FEMININE. SO SKINNY FIBER HAS DONE THAT FOR ME. I NOT ONLY HAVE LOST OVER 50 LBS. ITALIAN DRIP BEEF!

Italian Drip Beef ***Please Share*** Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 6 Hours Difficulty: Easy Servings: 10 Ingredients 1 whole Beef Chuck Roast, 2.5 To 4 Pounds 1 can Beef Consomme Or Beef Broth 3 Tablespoons (heaping) Italian Seasoning (I used an Italian Dressing packet) Rosemary, Thyme, Other Spices (optional) 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 cup Water 1/2 jar (16 Oz) Pepperoncini Peppers, With Juice 1/4 cup Butter 1 whole Large Onion, Sliced Thick 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Cheese (I used Provolone) Buttered, Toasted Deli Rolls Preparation Instructions Set chuck roast on top of the onions. Add all remaining ingredients. You only need about 15 or so pepperoncinis, along with half the juice of a 16 ounce jar. Cover and bake in a 275 degree oven* OR a Crock Pot on Low for 5 to 6 hours until meat is fork-tender and falling apart. **If meat is not yet tender, return to oven/crock for 30 minute intervals till it's tender!** Remove from oven. With two forks, completely shred all meat, leaving no large chunks behind. Serve immediately, or keep warm over a simmer on the stove. May make the day before, then store in the refrigerator. Remove the hardened fat from the top before reheating. Serve on buttered, toasted rolls. Top with cheese and melt under the broiler if desired.
