Omega 3

Omega 3 Week: Hemp Seeds. Yes there is some controversy around these seeds in Australia and NZ (only), but hopefully soon we'll get out act together and be shouting their health and environmental benefits from the roof's on our homes made from hemp fibre. Pumpkin Leek Soup

Pumpkin Leek Soup I roughly used one medium to large pumpkin, 1 liter chicken stock liquid, 1 or 2 leeks chopped, 3 garlic gloves, one onion, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon butter salt and pepper, nutmeg a sprinkle. METHOD: chop pumpkin in small pieces, chop garlic, onion, and leek diced, then add olive oil and butter in pot until melted, sauté onion, garlic, and leek then add pumpkin pieces and sauté 10 minutes. Add stock, or enough to cover the pumpkin, add salt & pepper to taste, and sprinkle some nutmeg in. This is Amazing Jazzy!

This is amazing Jassy! Way to Go! OK IT HAS BEEN A LONG YEAR, BUT THIS IS MY YEARLY UPDATE ON SKINNY FIBER. AFTER TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER AND AUNT AND LOSI
NG THEM A MONTH APART, I REALIZED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO NOT BE AROUND FOR MY THEN 2 YR. OLD, 11 YR. OLD NEPHEW, AND 17 YR. OLD SON. I WAS AFFECTIONATELY CALLED "FAT JAZZ" IN MY FAMILY. ALTHOUGH I WAS ON THE SWIM TEAM IN HIGH SCHOOL. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A TOP HEAVY WOMAN IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BUT THIS DID NOT MEAN I HAD TO CONTINUE TO LOOK LIKE A FOOT BALL PLAYER!! WOOHOO GO BRONCOS!!! I AM A LADY, AND WANT TO FEEL FEMININE. SO SKINNY FIBER HAS DONE THAT FOR ME. I NOT ONLY HAVE LOST OVER 50 LBS. HAVE LEARNED TO ENJOY SEEING MY LAP WHEN I DRIVE, AND CROSSING MY LEGS AGAIN. I WAS ALSO DIAGNOSED WITH COLITIS DECEMBER 2012, SINCE STARTING SKINNY FIBER I HAVE HAD NO FLARE UPS AND OFF MY MEDS. THAT IS RIGHT GOOD BYE!! I AM REGULAR AND HAVE SO MUCH MORE ENERGY. I SOMETIMES DO NOT EVEN WANT TO EAT AND HAVE TO MAKE MYSELF. MY CRAVINGS ARE FOR WATER, CHICKEN, FISH, AND SALAD. WHICH THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW ME, KNOW I WILL TRY TO EAT EVERYDAY. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND LET THE TRUTH SPEAK FOR ITSELF. I AM A SKINNY FIBER GIRL FOR LIFE. AND JUST BECAUSE IT IS IN A PINK BOTTLE DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT IS GENDER BIAS. THAT'S RIGHT MEN YOU CAN TAKE IT TOO!! ITALIAN DRIP BEEF!

Italian Drip Beef ***Please Share*** Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 6 Hours Difficulty: Easy Servings: 10 Ingredients 1 whole Beef Chuck Roast, 2.5 To 4 Pounds 1 can Beef Consomme Or Beef Broth 3 Tablespoons (heaping) Italian Seasoning (I used an Italian Dressing packet) Rosemary, Thyme, Other Spices (optional) 1 teaspoon Salt 1/4 cup Water 1/2 jar (16 Oz) Pepperoncini Peppers, With Juice 1/4 cup Butter 1 whole Large Onion, Sliced Thick 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Cheese (I used Provolone) Buttered, Toasted Deli Rolls Preparation Instructions Set chuck roast on top of the onions. Add all remaining ingredients. You only need about 15 or so pepperoncinis, along with half the juice of a 16 ounce jar. Cover and bake in a 275 degree oven* OR a Crock Pot on Low for 5 to 6 hours until meat is fork-tender and falling apart. **If meat is not yet tender, return to oven/crock for 30 minute intervals till it's tender!** Remove from oven. With two forks, completely shred all meat, leaving no large chunks behind. Serve immediately, or keep warm over a simmer on the stove. May make the day before, then store in the refrigerator. Remove the hardened fat from the top before reheating. Serve on buttered, toasted rolls. Top with cheese and melt under the broiler if desired.
